Admin Clerk Vacancy at Food Lover’s Market

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

ADMIN CLERK

Location: Western Cape

 

This position will be based at our Food Lover’s Market Pinehurst in Cape Town. Report directly to the Store Manager.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12
  • At least 2 – 3 Years working experience in admin
  • PC Literate
  • Understanding and experience of electronic filing

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understand admin. function at store level
  • Capturing of invoices, sales-related figures, normal data, etc.
  • Administration, reporting and structuring of documents, lists and reports
  • Take stock accurately

 

PERSON SPEC:

  • Must require minimum supervision
  • Able to work in an open-plan office environment
  • Must possess moderate level of numeracy and analytical skills
  • Have proven problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong communication skills at various levels to communicate with business owners, managers and staff
  • Ability to handle monotonous and repetitive tasks with enthusiasm
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly and able to work in a team
  • Take stock accurately
