Arbour Crossing Covid-19 News

9th Aug 2020

09 August 2020 – A team member, who works in the Nut Bar at Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing, has tested positive for Covid-19. Her last day at work was on Saturday, 08 August 2020 – yesterday. This team member was tested on Friday, 07 August 2020 – two days ago, but we were not made aware of this until we were informally advised today that she has tested positive for COVID-19. Although we have not yet received a certification from a medical authority, we have decided to activate the protocols we have in place in the event of a positive test result.

All team members that were in close contact with this colleague have been identified and have been instructed to self-quarantine for the remaining period of the 14-days since the last contact with their colleagues. They are being monitored for symptoms of COVID-19 and will only return to the store once we are satisfied that they have not contracted the virus.

A professional cleaning company will conduct a deep clean and sanitisation of the store this evening.

We wish our affected colleague well and look forward to welcoming her, and the rest of the team, back to the store.

We will continue our practice of screening our team members on arrival at work daily and during the day, as well as following all hygiene protocols – including sanitising hands and surfaces, practising social distancing and wearing masks.

Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing will be open tomorrow morning (10 August 2020) – we look forward to welcoming you back to the store.
