Arbour Crossing Covid-19 News

17th Dec 2020

17 December 2020 – A team member, who works in the Admin Department at Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing, has tested positive for Covid-19. Her last day at work was on Friday, 11 December 2020 – six days ago. This team member had herself tested on Tuesday, 15 December 2020 as she is a close contact of a colleague who has tested positive for Covid-19. We were formally advised today of the positive test result.

All team members that were in close contact with this colleague have been identified and have been instructed to self-quarantine for the remaining period of the 10-days since last contact with their colleague. They are being monitored for symptoms of COVID-19 and will only return to the store once we are satisfied that they have not contracted the virus.

A professional cleaning company conducted a deep clean and sanitisation of the store on Wednesday, 16 December 2020 – after our colleague was tested for Covid-19. All colleagues have been screened throughout this period and have not displayed any symptoms in the time since the affected team members were last in the store.

We wish our affected colleagues well and look forward to welcoming her, and the rest of the team, back to the store.

As we have followed all required hygiene protocols – our own, as well as the regulations as set out by government, Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing is open and we look forward to welcoming you back to store.
