Arbour Crossing Covid-19 News

20th Jul 2020

20 July 2020 – A team member, who works in the Receiving area at Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing, has tested positive for Covid-19. Her last day at work was on Wednesday, 15 July 2020 – five days ago. This team member was screened and sent home because she wasn’t feeling well. She consequently had herself tested on Thursday, 16 July 2020 (four days ago) and we were advised of the test result today.

All team members that were in close contact with this colleague have been identified and have been instructed to self-quarantine for the remaining period of the 14-days since the last contact with their colleagues. They are being monitored for symptoms of COVID-19 and will only return to the store once we are satisfied that they have not contracted the virus.

Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing has been temporarily closed today for a deep clean and sanitisation of the store, conducted by a professional cleaning company.

We wish our affected colleague well and look forward to welcoming her, and the rest of the team, back to the store.

We will continue our practice of screening our team members on arrival at work daily and during the day, as well as following all hygiene protocols – including sanitising hands and surfaces, practising social distancing and wearing masks.

We intend to reopen Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing tomorrow morning (21 July 2020), once we are satisfied that all required hygiene protocols have been followed. We look forward to welcoming you back to the store.
