Food Lover’s Market Nelspruit Covid-19 News

2nd Oct 2020

02 October 2020 – A team member, who works in the Admin department at Food Lover’s Market Nelspruit , has tested positive for Covid-19. He was last in the store on Thursday, 24 September 2020 – eight days ago. This team member called in sick to let us know he is feeling unwell. He was consequently tested for Covid-19 on Friday, 25 September 2020. We were advised today that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

Our team member had one close contact, who has tested negative for Covid-19.

A professional cleaning company conducted a deep clean and sanitisation of the store on Friday, 25 September 2020 – on the day our colleague was tested from Covid-19. All colleagues have been screened throughout this period and have not displayed any symptoms in the time since the affected team member was last in the store.

We wish our affected colleague well and look forward to welcoming him, and the rest of the team, back to the store.

We will continue our practice of screening our team members on arrival at work daily and during the day, as well as following all hygiene protocols – including sanitising hands and surfaces, practicing social distancing and wearing masks.

As we have taken the necessary precautions to keep our team and customers safe, the Food Lover’s Market Nelspruit store is open and we welcome you back to our store for your next shop.
