In Kids

Summer = Ice Pops. Icy, cold, summery and fruit popsicles are so trendy this summer and they are a great way to encourage your kids to enjoy more real fruit, in a fun way!

Using fresh fruit retain of all of the fibre and vitamins. You can add nuts, seeds, yoghurt or even cereal for adding crunch and variety. Here we have 10 super fun pop recipes, courtesy of the Goodness Gang and Zoku.

Ice pops are super for a quick and fun breakfast, a healthy snack in the sun or a dessert with a whole new twist. Remember fruits are still high in natural sugar.

Making popsicles at home is super easy, and allows you to know exactly what ingredients have been included. This means less sugar and preservatives! They are full of healthy and vibrant fruits, nuts, yoghurts and more.
