Lynnwood Lane Covid-19 News
24th Jul 2020
24 July 2020 – A team member, who works as Cashier at Food Lover’s Market Lynnwood Lane, has tested positive for Covid-19. Her last day at work was on Tuesday, 14 July 2020 – ten days ago. This team member was sent home to self-isolate as she was a close contact of a team member who previously tested positive for Covid-19. She consequently had herself tested on Thursday, 16 July 2020 – eight days ago. We were advised of the positive test result late yesterday evening, 23 July 2020.
As our colleague was in self-isolation, she has no close contacts.
A professional cleaning company has conducted a deep clean and sanitisation of the store on Tuesday, 14 July 2020 (ten days ago) – when our colleague was sent home to self-isolate. All colleagues have been screened throughout this period and have not displayed any symptoms in the time since the affected team member was last in the store.
We wish our affected colleague well and look forward to welcoming her back to the store.
We will continue our practice of screening our team members on arrival at work daily and during the day, as well as following all hygiene protocols – including sanitising hands and surfaces, practising social distancing and wearing masks.
As we have followed all required hygiene protocols – our own, as well as the regulations as set out by the government, Food Lover’s Market Lynnwood Lane is open and we look forward to welcoming you back to store.
