Montana Covid-19 News
29th Jul 2020
29 July 2020 – A team member, who works in the Short Cuts department at Food Lover’s Market Montana, has tested positive for Covid-19. Her last day at work was on Sunday, 19 July 2020 – ten days ago. This team member called in to let us know she is feeling unwell and was consequently tested on 22 July 2020 – seven days ago. We were advised of the positive test result today.
All team members that were in close contact with this colleague have been identified and have been instructed to self-quarantine for the remaining period of the 14-days since the last contact with their colleague. They are being monitored for symptoms of COVID-19 and will only return to the store once we are satisfied that they have not contracted the virus.
A professional cleaning company conducted a deep clean and sanitisation of the store on 20 July 2020 (nine days ago) – the day after our colleague advised us she was feeling unwell. All colleagues have been screened throughout this period and have not displayed any symptoms in the time since the affected team member was last in the store.
We wish our affected colleague well and look forward to welcoming her, and the rest of the team, back to the store.
We will continue our practice of screening our team members on arrival at work daily and during the day, as well as following all hygiene protocols – including sanitising hands and surfaces, practising social distancing and wearing masks.
As we have followed all required hygiene protocols – our own, as well as the regulations as set out by the government, Food Lover’s Market Montana is open and we look forward to welcoming you back to store.
