We are currently recruiting for the following position: PROCESS MANAGER

This position will be based at our FLM Springfield Park store in KwaZulu-Natal and will report directly to the Store Manager.

To manage the cash and inventory processes in-store ensuring inventory accuracy, deliver perfect execution and implementation of all admin and lean processes in line with FLM audit standards to mitigate risk. Provide our customers with a world class shopping experience and living our company values to ensure colleagues are well trained, motivated, efficient and flexible ensuring they value being part of the FLM family and working towards our shared vision.


  • Grade 12
  • Retail Administration diploma would be advantageous
  • At least 3 – 5 years working experience as an Admin Manager in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Retail Environment
  • Available and flexible to work different shifts across trading and none trading hours


  • Passion for retail
  • Have proven cash and inventory management skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate reporting
  • Numeric skills & a general understanding of basic financial management
  • Have proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Requires minimal supervision
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to deliver according to strict deadlines
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
