Does avocado margarita sound like your cuppa tea-quila? ‘Smoothie’ of the day is an avo chill margarita…trust us it’s good.

For the Margarita:
180ml (3/4 cup) tequila
180ml (3/4 cup) lime juice
80ml (1/3 cup) triple sec
1 large Fuerte avocado
250ml (1 cup) water
5ml (1 tsp) chilli flakes
To Assemble:
1 lime, quartered
15ml (1 Tbsp) salt
500ml (2 cups) ice
Fresh mint to garnish
Directions
For the Margarita:
In a large blender jug, add all the ingredients together and blend well.
To Assemble:
Rub the lime slices on the edge of the glasses and dip the rim in the salt. Add the ice to the glasses and pour the margarita mixture over the ice. Garnish with the mint and enjoy.
