AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

4 Ripe avocados, skins and pip removed

3/4 cup Cocoa powder

3/4 cup Food Lovers Market honey OR For Vegans: Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup

3/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond milk

3 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 cup You First Almonds, roughly chopped

Directions

1In a food processor, place the pulp of 4 ripe avocados, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk and vanilla extract. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

2Divide into ramekins and chill in the fridge for at 30- 40 minutes.

3When ready to serve, remove them from the fridge and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.

*To make this recipe Vegan-friendly, simply substitute the Honey for Agave Syrup/Nectar or Maple Syrup.
