Ingredients

1kg pizza dough
100g La Belinda tomato paste
200g bacon bits, cooked
4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
100g Ficcaci olives
500g, grated mozzarella
100g fresh rocket

Directions

Line 4 baking trays with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200°c.
Divide the dough into 4 balls, roll out the dough only a lightly floured surface. Place the pizza bases onto the lined baking trays. Spread tomato paste over the pizza bases. Top with grated mozzarella, bacon bits, fresh tomatoes and olives. Place in the oven and bake for ten minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with fresh rocket and serve.
