400g Balocco Panettone
1 Chocolate Cake, cut in half into 2 layers
Rum or Liqueur of choice
2 punnets Cherries
100ml Cherry Jam
100g Maraschino Cherries
500ml Double Cream
100ml Marscopone
1/3 cup Icing Sugar
90g / 1 Slab Dark Chocolate, melted


Mix the maraschino cherries with the jam
Whip Cream, and then fold in the marscopone & icing sugar
--Chocolate Ganache:
Melt the dark chocolate and allow to cool
Slice panettone & chocolate cake into layers
