Caramel Chocolate Treats

This is an easy and festive dinner party dessert that you can whip up in minutes, it only needs a little extra time to chill in the fridge to set. Prepare the pots in advance and top with fresh toppings just before serving – it couldn’t be simpler!

Caramel Chocolate Treats

    8 tbsp Caramel Treat (canned)
    1/2 tsp Sea Salt, plus more to serve
    170 g Milk Chocolate, broken up
    170 g Dark Chocolate, broken up
    4 tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
    200 ml Cream, at room temperature, plus a small amount to whip for serving
    100 ml Milk
    Handful of raspberries or strawberries or nuts


Caramel Chocolate Treats

    Mix the caramel with the salt in a small bowl, divide between 4 small glasses and chill.
    Melt the chocolates together in a glass bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.
    Stir the double cream and milk into the remaining melted chocolate until smooth, then scrape into a jug.
    Slowly pour on top of the caramel, around the edges first.
    Chill the pots for at least 2 hrs, or up to 24 hrs.
    To serve, scatter a little more sea salt on top of each pot.
    Top with the berries and or nuts and a little whipped cream on each pot.
