Cheddamelt Sauce

A delicious strong cheddar sauce that pairs perfectly with a tender 28 Day mature rump or sirloin. It also pairs well with a succulent chicken schnitzel.

1 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp flour

3 cups milk

2 cups strong Food Lover's cheddar cheese grated


1Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour until it is well combined.

2Slowly add the milk and using a whisk, mix it together until it starts to thicken.

3Add the grated cheddar cheese and combine well making sure the cheese has completely melted. Serve with your perfectly cooked piece of rump or sirloin
