Ingredients

1 whole rotisserie chicken
Or 2 x tins chickpeas (Vegan option)
4 tbs B-well mayo
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
1 Blue Ribbon Toaster bread
1 pack garden leaves

Directions

Shred the roasted chicken into fine pieces, or drain the chickpeas into a bowl and crush with a fork.
Add the B-well mayo and finely chopped onions to the mix.
Season well with lemon juice, curry powder, pepper and salt.
Spread onto the bread. Toast on the coals, or gas stove to make toasties, or add the green leaves and enjoy as a fresh, tasty sandwich.
