Coconut Benny Banana Ice Pops

An on-the-go healthy breakfast that is super fun for kids. Banana pops are packed full of energy for a great start to the school day.

Ice Pops

    1 cup Plain yoghurt
    1/2 cup Coconut milk
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 cup banana, mashed


Ice Pops

    In a medium bowl, mash the banana.
    Whisk in the yoghurt and the milk.
    Mix until all an even consistency.
    Add the vanilla essence. Stir.
    Pour the mixture into the ice moulds.
    Make sure there are no air bubbles.
