Festive Cake Mix Contains: Thompson Seedless Raisins, Orange River Sultanas, Golden Sultanas, Flaked Almonds, Whole & Broken Cherries, Red & Green Glazed Fruit Dices (Cut Mixed Peeled), Golden Syrup.

Ingredients

2 eggs
125 ml oil
185 ml brown sugar
500 ml milk
250 ml wholewheat flour
375 ml cake flour
500 ml digestive bran
5 ml vanilla essence
1 ml salt
10 ml bicarbonate of soda
250 ml festive cake mix
250 ml chopped dates

Directions

Whisk the eggs, oil and sugar together. Add the remaining
ingredients and mix well.
The mixture should be allowed to stand overnight in an
airtight container.
Half fill a greased muffin tin pan with the mixture.
Bake at 180 ˚C for 10 to 15 minutes.
