Frozen grape & green mint iced tea

This is one of the most refreshing summer drinks filled with anti oxidants.
- Prep: 15 mins
- Yields: 1.25L
1In a jug with a volume of at least 500 ml steep the green mint tea bags in boiling water and leave to cool down for about 15 minutes.
2When the tea has cooled down combine the tea, coconut water and aloe vera in a serving jug.
3Using a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumber lengthwise to create ribbons.
4Place the cucumber ribbons, frozen grapes and lime rounds into the ice tea mixture and garnish with a good hand full of fresh mint and crushed ice.
