This is one of the most refreshing summer drinks filled with anti oxidants.




2 Lipton green mint tea bags
500 ml boiling water
2 x 310 ml cans of Purelite pure young coconut water
2 x 310 ml cans of Purelite aloe vera
½ small cucumber
1 bunch white seedless grapes, frozen
1 bunch red seedless grapes, frozen
1 lime, washed and sliced in rounds
Handful of mint
Crushed ice


In a jug with a volume of at least 500 ml steep the green mint tea bags in boiling water and leave to cool down for about 15 minutes.
When the tea has cooled down combine the tea, coconut water and aloe vera in a serving jug.
Using a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumber lengthwise to create ribbons.
Place the cucumber ribbons, frozen grapes and lime rounds into the ice tea mixture and garnish with a good hand full of fresh mint and crushed ice.
