Garlic Loaf Bruschetta
We all love garlic loaf with a braai or as accompaniment to a comforting winter meal, but with the Food Lover’s fantastic garlic loaves, you might want to try something different with these tasty morsels of moreishness.

1 – 2 Food Lover’s Garlic Loaves
Assorted toppings like salami, prosciutto, cheese, avo, piquanté peppers, tomato, pesto etc. (let your imagination run wild!)
Remove packaging from loaf;
Cut slices through and heat a griddle pan or press-toaster.
If you are having a braai, this will work well on the grid as long as the coals are low.
Brush pan, toaster or grid lightly with oil.
Place garlic loaf slices on pan, toaster or grid and cook until crisp and lightly browned; turn over and crisp other side.
Remove from heat and add any toppings you fancy.
Absolutely delicious and so easy as a snack or unusual variation on the normal garlic bread accompaniment.
