Cooking Methods

    1 can (400 ml) You First coconut milk
    125 ml (1/2 cup) You First raw rolled oats
    100 g baby spinach
    5 g parsley
    2 celery sticks
    10 ml (2 tsp) Health Connection Wholefoods leafy green mix
    5 ml (1 tsp) Health Connection Wholefoods cocoa powder
    5 ml (1 tsp) Health Connection Wholefoods maca powder
    Handful of ice
    5 ml (1 tsp) Health Connection Wholefoods cocoa nibs, to garnish
    10 ml (2 tsp) coconut flakes, toasted, to garnish
    10 ml (2 tsp) fresh or frozen raspberries, to garnish


    Blend the coconut milk, oats, baby spinach, parsley, celery sticks, leafy green mix, cocoa powder, maca powder and ice until you have a thick and smooth consistency.
    Pour into your serving glasses and garnish with cocoa nibs, coconut flakes and raspberries.
