Vegetarians, or Vegans can enjoy a Braai too! All you need is some fresh veg, halloumi (non-vegan) and skewer sticks...and you have some vegetable kebabs.

Notes

*Put veggies with a similar cooking size and cooking time onto one skewer.

Ingredients

1 Block Halloumi (about 150g - 200g)
5 Baby Marrow / Zucchini
1 Red Onion
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
200g Baby Tomatoes

Directions

Chop the vegetables and Halloumi into chunks (evenly chopped, for even cooking) and place in separate bowls.
Put the vegetables & halloumi onto the skewer, alternating between different chunks, drizzle with a little Olive oil and season with herbs, salt and pepper. (or seasoning of choice)
Put them on the braai grid and braai until the vegetable are soft, grilled and ready to eat
