Watermelon and Coconut Granita
- 2,3kg watermelon pieces, deseeded
- 1 can (400g) coconut cream
- 80 g (1/3 cup) Orange Blossom honey (replace with a plant-based syrup for Vegan-friendly granitas)
- Juice of 1 lime
Spanspek and Orange blossom Honey Granita
- 2 medium spanspek
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 80 g (1/3 cup) Orange Blossom honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Watermelon and Coconut Granita
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- ur into a freezing tray and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight stirring with a fork every 30 minutes.
- Before serving loosen the ice crystals with a fork and serve with toasted coconut flakes and fresh fruit.
