Muesli & Dried Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

    Half a Coconut
    125g Lancewood double cream yoghurt
    125g Food Lover's Cranberry and Apple Muesli
    2 tbsp Food Lover's dried apricots, chopped
    2 tbsp Food Lover's dried Bananas, chopped
    2 tbsp Food Lover's dried Mango slices, chopped
    2 tbsp Food Lover's pistachio Nuts, chopped
    2 tbsp You First Goji Berries

Directions

    Mix together the muesli and yoghurt until combined.
    Place this mixture into the halved coconut. Mix the chopped dried fruits together and
    spoon this on top of the yoghurt in the halved coconut.
    Sprinkle with the chopped pistachio nuts, goji berries and it is ready to serve!
