Notes

Swop the Nectarine for a different stone fruit like Plums or Peaches. Try a flavoured Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

4 fresh nectarines
2 mozzarella balls
A handful of fresh basil leaves
A handful of almonds, roughly chopped
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions

1. Slice the nectarines and mozarella into circles. Layer them on a board or plate, placing basil leaves inbetween.
2. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
