Notes*If you prefer another pesto - try a Rocket or other herb pesto to toss into this salad. *For a little extra, add some feta
125 ml (1/2 cup) basil pesto
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Drain and allow to cool. Mix the baby potatoes with the basil pesto, season to taste and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
