30 ml (2 tbsp) garlic, minced
750 ml (3 cups) unsweetened almond milk
A handful of coriander and parsley, stems removed
Salt and pepper to taste
100g Chorizo slices
10 ml (2 tsp) olive oil
50g goats cheese, crumbled
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chorizo and fry until crispy. Set aside to cool, keep the oil.
Garnish with fried chorizo, chorizo oil from the pan, goats cheese and micro-herbs.
