Sesame-crusted tuna steaks with Avocado, Radish and Watercress salad is a light dish perfect for summer, with fusion flavour of East and West.

FOR THE SALAD:
FOR THE MUSTARD DRESSING:
1Coat the tuna steaks in the sesame seeds.
2Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over high heat. Sear the steaks for 1 minute per side. *Slice just before serving.
3To make the mustard dressing, add all the ingredients to a jar and shake until emulsified.
4Add all the salad ingredients to a serving bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Serve alongside the seared tuna.
