We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Related Party Clerk

 

This position will be based in our Food Lover’s Head Office, Brackenfell, Cape Town and will report directly to the Insurance and Related Party Accountant.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric ( please supply results)
  • 2-3+ years experience in similar role
  • Full function of the position applying for
  • PC literate (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc.)
  • Accounting software package experience
  • Understand age analysis of accounts and understand general ledger structures

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:             

  • Supplier and third party relationship management
  • Account reconciliations
  • Collation of information from internal divisions and stores
  • Allocations against accounts
  • General administrative duties
  • The tasks involved will include comparing accounts from two different sources and to identify missing transactions.
  • At times large volumes of data will need to be analysed so excellent Excel skills will be required.
  • The work required is deadline driven so the ability to complete work on time is required.

 

PERSON SPEC:

  • Own Reliable Transport
  • Strong communication skills at various levels – Must be able to handle confrontational situations in a professional manner.
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
