2 Spanspek, halved and deseeded
1 1/2 cups cream cheese
1 cup Food Lover’s full cream yoghurt
4 tbsp You First raw honey
300g blueberries
100g almonds, roughly chopped
Mint leaves for garnishing
Edible flowers for garnishing
Mix the cream cheese, yoghurt and honey together in a bowl.
Spoon this mixture into each deseeded spanspek equally.
Dot the blueberries equally over the top of each spanspek and sprinkle them with the chopped almonds.
Garnish, with mint leaves and edible flowers and serve immediately.
