Make these blueberry almond clusters even healthier as a sweet snack for that health nut, by substituting the white chocolate for dark chocolate.

240g white chocolate
250ml (1 cup) You First Raw Almonds, roasted
125g Food Lover’s Market Buzzing Blueberries

Prepare a 25 cm x 38 cm tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate until smooth, stirring every few seconds to ensure even melting.
Roughly chop the roasted almonds and combine them with the blueberries to the melted chocolate, mix well.
Dollop 15 ml (1 Tbsp) sized spoons of the mixture onto the prepared tray and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set, about 30 minutes.
Keep refrigerated to avoid the clusters from melting.
