The incident was reported to store management, and our team reviewed the available CCTV footage. A customer was seen filming in-store, however no further incident was identified.
The team is taking the necessary steps to address this by remaining attentive on the shop floor and keeping a close eye on the store environment, including anyone filming in-store. Filming in-store without prior arrangement with store management is not permitted, and we are in the process of making the existing signage around this policy more visible.
The safety and comfort of our customers, particularly families and children, remains extremely important to us. If customers notice anything that makes them uncomfortable while shopping, we encourage them to report it to store management immediately so it can be addressed.
