3-4 brioche or hamburger buns, toasted
300-400 g leftover festive roast, we used gammon
80 ml (1/3 cup) Food Lover’s BBQ sauce
500 ml (2 cups) prepared Coleslaw mix
125 ml (½ cup) Food Lover’s Canola Mayonnaise
5 ml (1 tsp) mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Finely chop or shred the leftover roast and place into a mixing bowl along with the BBQ sauce. Mix to combine.
To prepare the slaw, add the slaw, mayonnaise and mustard to a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Add the leftover roast mixture to the base of your toasted bun and top with the slaw mixture.
Serve with your favourite summer drink and enjoy.
