500 ml (2 cups) Happy People Chickpea or Green Pea Penne Pasta, cooked
1 punnet of Food Lover’s Rocket
125 ml (½ cup) Food Lover’s Plain Feta
80 g cocktail tomatoes
15 ml (1 Tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
5 ml (1 tsp) Food Lover’s Basil Pesto
Simply add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until all ingredients are combined. Dress with olive oil and serve.
