4 freshly baked Food Lover’s hot cross buns of your choice.
4 chocolate-coated marshmallow eggs.
15ml (1 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Salted Butter.
Cut each hot cross bun in half, place a chocolate marshmallow egg in the centre and close off to create a sandwich.
Preheat a non-stick pan to a medium heat, add a dollop of butter and spread evenly.
Add the buns to the pan and press down. Allow to toast for 2-3 minutes a side until golden brown and the marshmallow has melted.
Serve while warm and gooey.
