1.Why has the Silit Pan campaign ended early?
We’ve had an incredible response to the limited-edition Silit Pan campaign! Due to the high demand, stock sold out much faster than expected.
2. Why was the promotion so limited?
The Silit range was a special, limited-edition offer, and only a fixed quantity was available for this campaign. The pans proved to be wildly popular and sold out very quickly.
3. Will the Silit Pans be restocked?
Unfortunately not. The Silit Pans were part of a once-off, limited-edition promotion, and no additional stock can be made available.
4. I’ve been collecting my stickers and was hoping to redeem them now, but there’s no stock. Will I still get my pan?
We completely understand how disappointing that is. Sadly, as the promotion was available only while stocks last, and we’re unable to issue any more Silit Pans once stores are sold out.
5. You’ve stopped issuing stickers, but my collector card still has valid dates. Why?
Because of the limited stock, we’ve had to end sticker issuing earlier than planned.
6. Will there be another campaign soon?
Yes! We’re already cooking up our next exciting loyalty campaign – stay tuned for updates in-store and on our social channels.
7. Can I use my Silit stickers or collector cards in the next campaign?
Each campaign is unique, so stickers and collector cards from the Silit promotion can’t be used for future campaigns. But don’t worry – there’ll be new rewards to look forward to next time!
