2 medium bananas
2 large eggs
125ml (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
30ml (2 Tbsp) macadamia nut butter
2.5ml (1/2 tsp) baking soda
2.5ml (1/2 tsp) baking powder
pinch of salt
To serve:
Cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
To a blender add the peeled bananas, eggs, cocoa powder, macadamia nut butter, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin and bake in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes. Once baked, allow to cool and then place into the refrigerator to cool completely before slicing.
To serve:
Place the brownie onto a serving board, dust with cocoa and slice into portions before serving.
