Strawberry Shake
15ml (1 Tbsp) coconut water
15ml (1 Tbsp) baobab powder
125ml ( ½ cup) strawberries
Oat Balls
250ml (1 cup) oats
125ml ( ½ cup) peanut butter
60ml ( ¼ cup) honey
Protein Crumpets
1 egg
1 scoop protein powder
1 medium banana
Strawberry Shake
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Oat Balls
Melt the honey and peanut butter under low heat until well combined, do not boil. Remove from heat and add the oats until well combined. Shape into small bites or squares. Keep chilled in the fridge for up to a week.
Protein Crumpets
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. On a medium-high heated non-stick pan pour about 3 tablespoons of batter and cook until golden on each side. About 1-2 minutes a side.
