Sauce
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
3 cups milk
2 cups strong Food Lover’s cheddar cheese grated
Sauce
Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour until it is well combined.
Slowly add the milk and using a whisk, mix it together until it starts to thicken.
Add the grated cheddar cheese and combine well making sure the cheese has completely melted. Serve with your perfectly cooked piece of rump or sirloin
