Made with just 3 ingredients, including the Food Lover’s Yellow Cheddar Cheese Slices, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds, these crackers have a crispy texture and a rich, cheesy flavour that’s hard to resist. Seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, they’re the perfect snack to enjoy with a bowl of tomato soup or on their own!
If you want to make it even fewer ingredients, leave out the sesame seeds and make plain cheese crackers. Add them to a snack platter, enjoy them like crisps or serve them with a rich tomato soup!

15g Food Lover’s Yellow Cheddar Cheese Slices
7.5ml (1/2 Tbsp) sesame seeds
7.5ml (1/2 Tbsp) poppy seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut the cheese slices into four smaller squares and place them on the baking tray.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, poppy seeds and seasoning and bake for 5-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
