Food Lovers’ Fishmonger of the Year Award winners, Peter and Johannes are going to ENGLAND!✈️ On their trip, they will attend training at the Seafood Academy and visit the sites and sounds of the city.
Back in 2019, Johannes and Peter won the Food Lover’s Fishmonger of the year award. The prize was a trip to the United Kingdom to train at the Seafood Academy. By the time they collected their new passports, the borders had started to close due to COVID-19… Our business went through many challenges and changes in the past few years, and we are gracious and grateful to be able to now honour that commitment, and see these dedicated and skilled professionals take to the skies to train under internationally recognised programmes and experience Seafood retail across borders.
