Welcome to the Fresh Society Loyalty Programme! By participating in the Fresh Society Loyalty Programme (the “Programme”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Participation
1.1. The Programme is available to all customers of Fresh Society at the Food Lover’s Market stores located in Bothasig, Parklands, Weskus, and Willowbridge (the “Participating Stores”).
1.2. To participate in the Programme, you must obtain a Fresh Society Loyalty Card (the “Card”) from any of the Participating Stores.
2. Earning Stickers
2.1. Stickers can be earned by purchasing a smoothie or a meal at any Fresh Society counter inside the Participating Stores (“Qualifying Purchase”).
2.2. For each qualifying purchase, you will receive one sticker to place on your Card.
2.3. The Programme allows you to earn up to a maximum of one sticker per Qualifying Purchase, regardless of the amount spent.
3. Redeeming Stickers
3.1. Once you have collected 10 stickers on your Card, you are eligible to redeem them for one of the following free items:
- – A regular smoothie
- – A small fruit salad
3.2. Free items can be redeemed at any of the Participating Stores.
3.3. To redeem your free item, present your completed Card with 10 stickers to a Fresh Society counter at any Participating Store.
4. General Conditions
4.1. Stickers and completed Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.
4.2. Fresh Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced.
4.3. The Programme cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise specified by Fresh Society.
5. Amendments and Termination
5.1. Fresh Society reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to customers via notices posted at Participating Stores or on the Fresh Society website.
5.2. Fresh Society may terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, any accumulated stickers or completed Cards must be redeemed within the specified notice period.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
6.2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Participating Stores are located.
6.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
