For the Prawns
800g Food Lover’s Argentinian Pink Prawns
15ml (1 Tbsp) butter
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, to serve
Italian parsley, to serve
For the Dipping Sauce
80ml (1/3 cup) Food Lover’s Canola Mayonnaise
15ml (1 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Coriander Pesto
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
For the Prawns
Devein the prawns by cutting a slit in the back of the prawn and removing the black vain.
Heat a griddle pan on a high heat and add the butter.
Fry the prawns for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
For the Dipping Sauce
Place the mayonnaise in a bowl, swirl in the pesto and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
