Half a coconut
125g Lancewood double cream yoghurt
2 Kiwi peeled and cut into slices
1 Banana, peeled and cut into slices
2 tbsp You first almonds ( chopped )
2 tbsp FLM blueberries
Place the yoghurt, slices of one kiwi and half a banana into a blender and blitz for one minute. Pour this into the halved coconut.
Top with slices of kiwi and banana.
Sprinkle with the chopped almonds, blueberries and it is ready to serve!
