30ml (2 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Signature Olive Oil
60ml (1/4 cup) Food Lover’s Basil Pesto
2 large slices of bread of your choice
1 avocado, cut into slices
15ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
125g cherry tomatoes, roasted
½ a spring onion, finely sliced Chilli flakes, to taste
15ml (1 Tbsp) sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
In a large frying pan over medium heat, combine the olive oil and pesto and spread it evenly around the pan.
Add your bread slices and toast in the pesto until golden brown and crispy.
Add the avocado slices and top with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
