A snack-size wrap to serve as an appetiser or add to the kids’ lunch box. We’re all in for trying out new flavours; biltong, marmite and cheese are a great combo. With some added fresh ingredients, these biltong roll-ups are a healthy snack for the whole family.

For the Roll-Ups:
4 tortilla wraps
30 ml (2 Tbsp) Marmite
125 ml (1/2 cup) low-fat smooth cottage cheese
Zest of 1 lemon + 15 ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
1 wheel Food Lover’s Black Pepper Feta Cheese
½ cucumber, cut into ribbons
100 g biltong, thinly sliced
For the Dip:
125 ml (1/2 cup) plain double thick yoghurt
Zest and juice of 1 lime
30 ml (2 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Red Pepper Pesto
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
For the Roll-Ups:
Spread the Marmite thinly onto the wraps.
Combine the cottage cheese, lemon zest and juice and spread onto the Marmite wraps. Crumble the feta onto the wraps and layer with the cucumber ribbons and biltong.
Roll the wraps up tightly, cut into wheels and secure with a cocktail stick.
For the Dip:
Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Serve with the roll-ups.
