1/2 chilli, chopped or 5ml (1 tsp) dried chilli flakes
10ml (2 tsp) smoked paprika
125ml (1/2 cup) tomato and onion mix
Salt and black pepper, to taste
To serve:
15ml (1 Tbsp) sour cream or coconut cream
Corn chips
Fresh coriander, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mug and microwave for 1 minute on high.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and corn chips and garnish with fresh coriander.
