Inspired by Korean Sweet Pancakes, these caramel chocolate-filled pancakes are epic! ‘Hotteok’ (pronounced ‘ho-tok‘) is a simple yeast dough that is filled with a sweet filling and fried in a pan with a little oil to create amazing crispy-chewy pancakes. These are best eaten hot and straight out the pan when the filling is oozy and delicious.

We recommend eating these filled pancakes whilst they are still hot, but if you really can’t finish the batch then try freezing them and reheating them in a toaster, oven or air fryer.
