Cauliflower and Lentil Curry for babies 6 months +


Have you ever thought of making curry for your baby of 6+ months?  @the_green_dietitan recommends getting them started on tasty foods, that the whole family can eat. The difference is to add salt to the adult portion after the food is cooked, so that baby gets the unsalted version.

This recipe is vegan, plant-based, and gluten-free. It is a nutritionally balanced meal, but if you would like to add meat protein, you may add some pieces of chicken.
