For the Overnight Oats:
375ml (1 1/2 cups) You First Raw Rolled Oats
400ml (1 tin) Food Lover’s Coconut Milk
250ml (1 cup) Greek yoghurt
60ml (1/4 cup) YouFirst chia seeds
60ml (1/4 cup) honey
10ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
7.5ml (1/2 Tbsp) ground cinnamon
5ml (1 tsp) ground ginger
pinch of ground clove
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) ground nutmeg
2.5ml (1/2 tsp) ground allspice
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) ground cardamom
For the Topping:
Berries of choice
30ml (2 Tbsp) coconut flakes, toasted
Cocoa nibs (optional)
Directions
For the Overnight Oats:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
For the Topping:
Spoon the oat mixture into your choice of serving bowls or jars and top with berries, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs. Dig in and enjoy!
